Lucky Carrot will take reasonable steps to delete such information upon request but cannot guarantee immediate deletion in all cases Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

How Long Does Lucky Carrot Hold My Information?

Information submitted on the Website for the purposes of inquiring about our Services, requesting a white paper, or subscribing to receive email updates will be held indefinitely. You may request deletion of your data from Lucky Carrot’s marketing databases by emailing contact@luckycarrotapp.com.

For paid service accounts, Lucky Carrot maintains ongoing backup data of its user accounts for a period of six (6) months. Backup data that is older than six (6) months is routinely erased.

Data stored pertaining to free accounts is held for a period of six (6) months before being permanently deleted. Trial and free users whose data is removed in this manner will be unable to recover this data should they decide to subscribe to Lucky Carrot’s Services in the future.
