Who is the Awesome Admin?

The Awesome Admin that can be the HR manager and/or the CEO is the owner of the account.
The awesome admin puts all the company settings, invites and edits the users.

What do I need to start with Lucky Carrot?

How does the free trial work?

The free trial gives you access to all the features for 2 months, with no need to give us credit card or billing information.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. There are no long term contracts or commitments from your part. You can cancel your Lucky Carrot account anytime.

Does Lucky Carrot have the app version?

No, it doesn’t but, good news, it is absolutely mobile-responsive. Just add the Lucky Carrot page to your home screen in the menu and access Lucky Carrot easily and quickly.

Is my data safe?

Our state-of-the-art system uses environment servers protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall, and all Kudos plans include 256 SSL encryption to keep your data safe. In addition, our system also includes additional security features at the Account and User level.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do offer annual contracts, and we also have discounts available for enterprise and charitable clients.

Is there any discount for larger teams or companies?

Yes, we do have discounts. If you have more than 200 employees at your company, please contact us by phone, live chat or just write an email and we will give you discount.

Do you have an annual payment discount?

Yes! Depending on your team specifications we have discounts for long-term payments and partnerships. Contact us to know more about them.

How much do I need to invest in the employee engagement at our company?

The monthly service fee for Lucky Carrot is flat which is 2.5$ per employee per month (i.e., for a company with 60 employees the service fee is 150$/month). But what you spend on rewards should be decided based on your internal reward budget and it may fluctuate. At the end of each month you only pay in the amount of redeemed gift cards. In the “company redeems” page you will see all the redeems and the utilization of rewards. To effectively measure how much to put as monthly rewards you can use this formula: Number of employees x monthly allowance x utilization percentage.

When I redeem when do I get my rewards?

Most of the time it takes just 2-3 days, but sometimes it might take 7 days at most to deliver a physical gift card to your office and with international gift cards it takes just seconds to email you your gift card link.

Does Lucky Carrot fit my business and is employee engagement a priority?

Lucky Carrot fits Small, Medium and Large Businesses. Of course, employee engagement is always a priority, especially now when worldwide employee turnover rates are exponentially growing.
Studies show that employee-of-the-month, certificate or rare bonus approaches does not help to keep engagement, productivity and fun at your workplace.
