The monthly service fee for Lucky Carrot is flat. $2.50 per employee per month (i.e., for a company with 60 employees the service fee is $150.00/month). The amount spent on rewards is decided based on your internal reward budget which may fluctuate. At the end of each month you only pay the total amount of redeemed gift cards. In the “Company Redeems” page you will see all the redeems and the utilization of rewards. To effectively measure how much to pay for monthly rewards you can use this formula: Number of employees x monthly allowance x utilization percentage.

Usually, it takes 2-3 working days, but sometimes it might take up to a maximum of 7 working days to deliver a physical gift card to your office. However, in the case of international gift cards, it only takes us a couple of seconds to email you your gift card link.
