How to uninstall the app

If you no longer wish to use Lucky Carrot in Zoom, here are the steps to take to remove access.

1. Go to the Installed Apps section of your Zoom Marketplace Account.
2. Select Uninstall next to "Lucky Carrot"
3. Select your uninstall reason.
4. Select Uninstall.

Note: Removing Lucky Carrot as a Zoom App only removes the app and does not delete your Lucky Carrot account. If you want to deactivate your account go to your Profile -> Edit -> Deactivate account.
